Fast Lane Automotive

Scheduled a same day oil change appointment for my car. This is only my second time ever going to them for service. They’re super nice and easy going and they provided a visual inspection after my first oil change. When I got there and checked in I had asked about how much their wiper blades cost but decided not to go with them at the moment. I currently lost my job so I couldn’t really service all the maintenance items on the car but the guys at Fast Lane Automotive really went above and beyond with their service. Not only did they complete my oil change but they also informed me that they’d replace the wipers as a courtesy and once I went to pay, they also told me that they’d replace a headlight bulb I had out. I was really surprised and caught off guard with such amazing service! It’s not often, if at all, that a company goes out of their way to help a customer even when that customer is going through a hard time. Their service really made me feel valued as a customer and I am truly so grateful. They have truly won me over with their service and I shall be going back to service both my cars! Definitely recommend!!!

If you are looking for a repair shop that is top notch, super professional, timely repairs with very fair prices then I highly recommend Fast Lane Automotive! I don’t often go out of my way to leave a review but I had to for these guys. I can say without a doubt, as long as I’m in the Orlando area I will always service my vehicles here. They send you photos of every repair needed with a clear explanation as to why it’s needed as well as a fair quote for the repair. They also partner with 2 different finance groups that offer 90 days same as cash financing which is amazing as we all know auto repairs can come at the least convenient times. I promise you will never once feel like you are being scammed in any way here. Excellent work guys, glad to know there are still honest shops out there!

The team at Fast Lane always takes care of me and my vehicle when something breaks. Like many people now I count my pennies so choosing the lowest cost option for reputable service is a must. Fix it right the first time, don't get stuck in the trap of discount parts that barely last longer than the warranty. Fast Lane does it right the first time. I reccimend Fast Lane to all my family and coworkers.

I had a great experience at Fast Lane Automotive on Hoffner Avenue. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything about the visit was smooth and professional. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and their customer service was truly outstanding. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I also appreciated the waiting area—it’s set up like a comfortable lounge with free Wi-Fi, refreshments, and snacks, which made the time go by quickly. On top of that, the pricing was fair, which is always a big plus. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I received. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back.

Just left Fast Lane automotive and I can’t express enough how exceptional the service was with the outstanding fine gentlemen at this establishment. Robbie you're a legend and Johnny you’re a real one my friend. Incredibly supportive and insightful in providing knowledge with recommendations in maintaining my father’s vehicle. When I first called and spoked to the owner Alex over the phone I could feel the energy of this place so trust when I say the reviews are on point about this family of a team. Come to Fast Lane Automotive over on Hoffner and I promise you they will put your mind at ease with grace. Special thanks to Robbie and Johnny for taking care of us with the proper competence that makes a difference.
